Thank you Thomas who looked after my boys today they were super happy with their fresh cut.

My husband and son always go here for a hair cut. Mukhtar is really very diligent and great at his work, always love the cuts. Today I was very disappointed with how long I had to wait. Booked in a 10am appt and waited until 10:50 to be attended to. When asked they explained about other clients, so what does that make us? If you can’t manage booking, Keep it walk ins, reasons we book is so that we get our job done at a certain time and we can attend our other commitment. No timeframe was provided unless asked for and 10-15 mins wait becomes half hour wait. I will go again only because of how the haircut was done but if I have to wait again like this, I will think about it in the future
